Korn Ferry, one of the world's largest headhunting firms, has appointed Bob Casey (1996) as the new managing director of its Irish operations.
Bob has worked as a senior client partner within Korn Ferry Ireland for the past three years.
In his new role he will lead a team of 40 employees in advising some of the major domestic and multinational companies here on their talent and organisational strategies.
Prior to his time in Korn Ferry, Bob, a former professional rugby player who represented Leinster, London Irish, and Ireland, spent two years as CEO of London Irish Rugby Football Club.
He also worked as a senior business development manager for Powerday, a waste-to-energy business in England, for over two years.
Bob said his focus will be "to continue the successful growth of the business and to use my experience to guide our talented team to help our clients capitalise on the opportunities ahead".
